No matter where you live, your data privacy is our priority. Ventura Inventis or any of its subsidiaries will collect ‘only’ needed information including Full name, Passport information and contact details which are solely used for reporting, verification and rectifications purposes.

Passport Information Your passport information may include your passport photo, date of birth, address, and age.

Contact Information Data such as name, email address, physical address, phone number, or other contact information are collected to share your reports.

Payment Information Data about your billing address and method of payment, such as bank details, credit, debit, or other payment card information (Passwords will not be collected at any given time)

Health Information Data relating to the health status of an individual, including data related to one’s physical or mental health or condition. Personal health data also includes data that can be used to make inferences about or detect the health status of an individual.

If you provide us with personal data of another individual, you hereby represent that you have obtained consent from that individual prior to providing their personal data to us. References to ‘your personal data’ in this Privacy Notice would include such individual’s personal data that you provide to us. This Privacy Notice should be read together with the terms and conditions specific to the products and/or services you are availing yourself of. In the event of a discrepancy between this Notice and such specific terms and conditions, this Notice shall prevail to the extent of such discrepancy. After you have registered to our website all your data will be protected. Your data will be given to institutions who we are providing our services and to government institutions if necessary. After login to our website, you have to take the responsibility of all the activities you are doing and we will not take responsibility for any errors you have done.

Personnel data about children If you are under the age of 18, we take it that you have obtained the consent of your parent, guardian or person who has parental responsibility over you before sending us your personal data (for example, your name, address and email address etc.).

When obtaining our services, we will not take any responsibility if you behave disregarding our instructions. Our efficient service staff is ready for any issue you have come across about our services.

Under the guise of obtaining our services, if you include any unnecessary data or abuse or our system we will take actions under laws of republic of Sri Lanka and we are bound to provide your data to relevant institutions who are doing the investigations.

Sample Collection Users/travellers samples must be collected in authorised collection points only.

Sample Collection Time Users/traveller’s samples must be collected at-least before 3 hours for Express Test and 24 hours for One-Day Test.

Reports Processing Time The reports will be available within 24 hours from the time of sample collection (varies between options).

Retesting Rarely a retest may occur , where a test which is already processed gives a inconclusive due to the reasons including samples contaminations, low viral load at the point of collection etc. Retesting may contribute to ‘Delay on Reporting’ Delays on Reporting. Incase the reports are getting delayed due to any unavoidable circumstances, Ventura Inventis shall inform the customer (patient/traveller) to provide a fresh sample at the laboratory premises located at 296/2D, New Kandy Road, Malabe, 10115, Sri Lanka within 24 hours. No any additional charges are offered for retesting and patient should arrive to the laboratory with his/her own expenses.

False Negative/Positive Results. Though the laboratories use extensively validated kits for PCR testing, false results may occur as with any laboratories across the world. Our laboratories interprets the results thoroughly to minimise false results and positive results are always retested for further confirmation.

Note We are committed to provide best services to our customers at any given time. Ventura Inventis shall not be liable for any legal proceedings against the organisation incase of delay on reports or false results due to above terms and conditions. Ventura Inventis shall repay the test fee (only) if the report issued after 26 hours.

All payment shall be made on 100% cash basis upon sample collection to the relevant collection centre or through travel agent. A confirmation email will be sent to the respective customer or travel agent.

All the payments will be charged for our services as mentioned on the website. After payment if you decide to terminate our services balance money will be given to you apart from the payments for services we have already provided.

In PCR service, if you decide to terminate our services after facing the PCR tests money will not be returned.

When paying for our services, you can pay through our agent or from any of our center. You can pay relevant payment through our agent or from our center. Your data will be updated after the payment is successful. If you come across any issue you can contact our agent or contact our company.

You can do PCR test by more than 98+ centers of ours which are spreads through Sri Lanka.
